Privacy Policy

How 10xSharp collects, uses, and protects information — and the rights you have over your data.

Last updated: Sep 4, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how 10xSharp (“10xSharp,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use 10xsharp.com (the “Service”). We aim to collect as little personal data as we reasonably can while still operating the Service. We are committed to handling data in line with applicable privacy laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Usage & device data (automatic): your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service.
  • Cookie & analytics data: identifiers and preferences stored in cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).
  • Information you provide: if you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Our contact form opens a message in your own email client — we only receive what you choose to send.

We do not ask for, and the Service does not require, sensitive personal information or payment details.

3. IP addresses & geo-targeting

We process your IP address to estimate your approximate location (typically country or region). We use this geo-targeting to tailor the experience — for example, to show content, and any third-party or affiliate links, that are relevant and available in your region. IP-based location is approximate and is not used to pinpoint your precise physical address.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme), understand usage through analytics, and to support affiliate tracking. When you click certain third-party links, cookies may be used to attribute a resulting sign-up or purchase to us so that we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. Some of these cookies are set by third parties.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and where required we present a consent choice. For full details on the specific cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service;
  • personalize content and regional experiences through geo-targeting;
  • measure and improve performance, features, and usability through analytics;
  • operate affiliate relationships and attribute referrals accurately;
  • respond to your messages and support requests; and
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share limited data with service providers and partners who help us run the Service, including:

  • Hosting & analytics providers (for example, our hosting platform and privacy-conscious usage analytics) that process technical and usage data on our behalf;
  • Affiliate networks and partners, which may receive click and attribution data via cookies when you follow their links; and
  • Authorities or advisors where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.

Note that certain analytics and affiliate cookies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some laws (such as the CCPA); you can exercise choices as described in Your rights.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to run our affiliate business, balanced against your rights;
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and tracking, where you provide it (and which you may withdraw at any time);
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with the law.

8. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion of your personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for cookies;
  • request a portable copy of your data;
  • opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising; and
  • not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@10xsharp.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated or anonymized data, which can no longer identify you, may be retained for longer.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. For any privacy question or request, email support@10xsharp.com
